Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase within two weeks of receiving, we will offer a refund or a replacement. We do not accept physical returns of products (except for the purposes of inspection in some cases) . We take this measure for increased sanitation, reduced waste, and lowering our carbon footprint.
TABOO Liner Care
Always be sure to close the cap securely after each usage - you should hear a *snap* each and every time. This will let you know that the cap is on properly and you can be sure that your liner will not dry out.
If you are not able to hear the *snap* or your cap keeps popping up when you try to close it, your cap has been damaged. When this happens it is usually because the liner was dropped or the cap was hit hard enough by something in a makeup bag/case. We do not offer a refund or replacements in this case (unless the liner was damaged upon arrival), so we strongly recommend that the liner is treated with extra care in order to avoid this issue. As with any sponge or felt tip eyeliner, if you plan to use it on top of other makeup products such as powder eyeshadow, you may need to clean the tip periodically if it becomes clogged as this will allow the flow of liquid through the pores of the sponge tip.
