A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.patmcgrath.com unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. Q: Will you ship to a PO Box?
A: At this time, our courier is unable to ship to PO boxes.
Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: Please allow for an additional 24 to 48 hours processing time for all shipping methods (including 2nd Day Air) before your item ships. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided. We ship via the following carriers:
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
DHL International: 4-7 business days *(see below)
Q: What is the transit time for international shipments?
A: The transit time for International Orders can vary significantly compared to domestic shipments. Please be advised that it will typically take 2 - 3 business days to process an international order including the preparation of customs forms, and between 4 - 7 business days for it to arrive to you after it has been shipped. Additionally, your country's Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason, for 1 - 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Pat McGrath Labs does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your customs authority for more information.
Q: Who is responsible for international customs fees?
A: International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
